A large recent influx of middle-in-come Korean, Japanese, and western expatriates has raised the profile of the neighborhoods and started to make it a destination for those looking an exiciting, but affordable place to start or expand a business. With a convenient BTS stop, an ever-growing list of amenities, and a friendly welcoming vibe, Phra Khanong is poised to become greater.
About Our space
Our facilities are located in the Wattana district of Bangkok, at Sukhumvit Soi 69. We offer rental options for both office and warehouse spaces across several buildings, all clustered together on the property. The primary structure, where we offer office rentals, is the Chavanich building, located at the front of the property. Behind this are several mixed use warehouse spaces, adapted to meet the needs of each tenant. The facilities have been host to tenants of all kinds, from successful, storied companies like GMM Grammy and Diethelm. The facilities were first built up back in 1970 by Chuan and Manee Chavanich, an enterprising Thai couple with international sensibilities. Around 2008, we embarked on an extensive renovation of the space through Maneethada Property Ltd. As part of the renovation we decided to rebrand as "S69" as part of our shift in vision to establish a versatile mixed-use complex that can adapt to the evolving needs of a new generation. As Phra Khanong and Sukhumvit grow into the future, we hope to grow alongside them.
